Benchmark wins 2022 manufacturing leadership awards - transformational cultures

At Benchmark, our vision is to positively impact lives by solving complex challenges with our customers and creating innovative products that no one imagined were possible. But to realize this vision, we've worked hard on Benchmark internally to create a culture that positively impacts our customers, while giving our employees the opportunity to grow their skills and enhance their careers. One of the programs put in place to create this culture is the Benchmark Enterprise eXcellence (BEX) Olympics, a program designed to bring together the company's global operations teams to compete in a fun, Olympics-themed event aimed at integrating Lean Six Sigma culture and continuous improvement methodologies into daily work.  It creates both an opportunity to educate and train employees to be change agents of continuous improvement and enterprise excellence, while significantly improving our overall quality and operational efficiency. 

Recently, Benchmark was recognized for the effort our operations leadership team put into developing the BEX Olympics, as well as the transformational outcomes realized by our employees throughout the process. The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) honored Benchmark as a winner in the Transformational Culture category of the 2022 Manufacturing Leadership Awards. Benchmark is honored to be recognized by NAM for our development of the BEX Olympics, but more importantly for the impact it's had on the culture of our global organization
