Kudos Corner: To foster a culture of appreciation, collaboration, and growth, we created Kudos Corner on our internal website to recognize and celebrate employees’ achievements. Anyone at Benchmark can give public “kudos” to a colleague by completing a nomination form on the site. The stories and accomplishments shared through Kudos Corner can be browsed anytime as a source of inspiration and support.

ESG Ranking: EcoVadis awarded Benchmark a 2023 Silver Medal Sustainability Rating for the third year in a row. Our rating places us at the 89th percentile among other companies.

EcoVadis now counts Benchmark among the top 25 percent of companies it assesses each year. To put this in perspective, EcoVadis rates over 85,000 companies globally, and this rating validates our sustainability commitments, practices, and performance. The EcoVadis rating methodology measures the quality of a company’s sustainability management system through its policies, actions, and results across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. 

All full-time Benchmark employees participate in a Quarterly Incentive Plan or Annual Incentive Plan, which supports our organizational philosophy of allowing employees to share in the Company’s success.
