General Manager Readiness Program designed to support six key leadership themes: People, Financial, Operations, Commercial/Customer, Organizational Perspective, and Continuous Improvement. A key principle of ASCEND is our own leaders teaching, coaching, and mentoring other leaders.

Available to our Indirect Labor employees and leaders, the Benchmark U houses learning content related to Communication Skills, Technology Skills, Continuous Improvement, and more. 

Development Journeys

Each person is in a different stage related to their leadership journey. Some people may not want to be a leader of people. They may know that they only want to be responsible for their own results, and not the results of others. Or they may like the work they are doing, and simply don’t want to change that. Whatever the reason, it is perfectly okay to grow technically rather than in leadership.

THRIVE

THRIVE is a game-changing three-month learning journey meticulously crafted to equip you with invaluable skills. By partnering you with a peer from a different Benchmark facility, we ensure a diverse and enriching experience. Together, you'll dive deep into the latest content released on the 15th of each month in Benchmark U, focusing on Excelling in Change. Through discovery and dialog, you'll not only gain knowledge but grow your professional network at Benchmark.
