As the first exascale system at Argonne, Aurora will serve the scientific community nationwide, enabling researchers to harness AI, simulation, and data at unprecedented scale. Benchmark was chosen for its unique expertise in high-performance, liquid-cooled computing subsystems and test development, with all work performed in the U.S.

With the ability to perform one quintillion calculations per second, Aurora is poised to drive major advancements in science and engineering, from fusion energy to materials discovery.
