    Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

    Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Benchmark are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace by providing networking, mentoring, coaching, and educational opportunities for all employees. Our ERGs are voluntarily formed and led by employees who are passionate about fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Each ERG is championed by an executive sponsor—a senior leader who provides guidance and helps elevate the group's visibility and impact. This support ensures that our ERGs are not just employee-led but also deeply integrated into Benchmark's overall mission and values.

    Through these groups, employees from diverse backgrounds can connect, share experiences, and collaborate, enhancing mutual understanding and respect. By promoting these values, our ERGs help shape a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and drives our collective success.

    Benchmark Resources Advocating Veteran Employees (BRAVE)

    BRAVE is our dedicated employee resource group for veterans, active-duty military, and military family members and friends. We create a supportive community within Benchmark, committed to promoting veteran hiring and advocating for veterans' needs and concerns. BRAVE's mission is to provide a robust support network for veterans and their allies, embodying our value of caring by fostering a culture of support and respect.

    Women Inclusion Network (WIN)

    WIN paves the way for women in manufacturing at Benchmark through our mission is to enable the advancement of women at work, focusing on personal development to promote strong, confident leaders. This employee recourse group underscores our commitment to creating an environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their best through friendships, learning, and support.

    PRIDE

    Our PRIDE Employee Resource Group is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that celebrates the unique identities, experiences, and voices of our LGBTQ+ employees and allies. We strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Committed to advocating for equality, we offer resources to enhance understanding and allyship and organize initiatives that uplift our community.
