Turnkey System Assembly for High-Power Equipment

A semiconductor capital equipment OEM required the assembly of a mains and safety control system capable of supporting high‑power operation. The system was built from multiple high‑level assemblies, which required multiple builds and a final system assembly. The program demanded strict electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls across progressive cell builds, along with robust test coverage from board‑level bring‑up through full system validation.

Benchmark developed a comprehensive test strategy that supported both automated and manual test interventions to test multiple operating systems and both AC & DC voltage requirements, enabling efficient debugging from the PCBA to the system level.
