Benchmark Almelo is also host to our Center of Excellence for Fluid Management and the Center of Excellence for Electromechanical Systems. The Almelo team is made up of over 640 employees with an additional 1,000+ employees in Brasov, Romania.
To facilitate a rapid increase in customer projects and production over the last five years, Benchmark Almelo has grown its talent by 25% — expanding from 480 employees in 2018, to over 640 today. Benchmark celebrated the Grand Reopening of our Almelo site on Friday, 23 June.
Benchmark Almelo hosted customer, partners, vendors, and team members at a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by lunch and tours of the newly revitalized and expanded facility designed to greatly enhance our capabilities and meet the growing demand for our services across the highly innovative and complex industries we serve.
