About Dunseith, our weather and how to get here...
Located in the Turtle Mountains, near the beautiful International Peace Gardens bordering Manitoba Canada our winter weather is cool and snowy. Winter temps can range from below zero to sunny and 40+ degrees Fahrenheit. Spring and fall are beautiful with temperatures ranging 50 – 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Summer months June, July & August provide warm temperatures into the 90s.
Driving From the Minot International Airport:
Go NORTH on US-83 N/N BROADWAY toward 24TH AVE NW. Following US-83 N. ( 35 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto ND-5/US-83. Continue to follow ND-5. (60.5 miles) (This takes you right by the hotel in Bottineau.)
Turn LEFT onto US-281/OHMER AVE. Continue to follow US-281. (1/2 mile)
Turn RIGHT onto Peace Garden Ave. Go past Post Office (two blocks) & find Benchmark on the right corner. (<0.1 miles)
