NOTICE: Perpetuators of a mail fraud scheme have sent letters notifying
recipients that they have won a fictitious
Benchmark $250,000 Promotional contest, and have enclosed a bogus check.
Benchmark is in no way involved in this fraud. Anyone receiving these letters should
notify their local law enforcement authorities for prosecution of those responsible.
Do not contact the phone number on the letter,
give out any personal or bank information, or deposit the check,
as it will be returned unpaid. We regret that Benchmark’s name was used in this fraud.
